The Right Way to Hand Wash a Bra

Place the bra in the water and let it soak for 5–10 minutes. Do not scrub vigorously. Instead, gently squeeze the fabric between your fingers so the soapy water moves through it. Pay extra attention to the underband area (where it sits against sweat) and any elastic components.
