📐Sizing & Fit

How do I find my bra size?
Use our 3-step size guide: measure your band (under bust) and bust
subtract the two — each inch = one cup size. Or WhatsApp our fit experts for a free personal recommendation.
What if the size doesn't fit?
We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Just WhatsApp us with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement.
Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes. FEMBRA carries band sizes 30–40 and cups A through D. For sizes outside this range
WhatsApp us — we source custom sizes on request.
What size should I order if I'm between sizes?
We recommend sizing up in the band and down in the cup. When in doubt
WhatsApp us with your measurements for a free recommendation.

🛒Orders & Payment

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — all orders ship with Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Pay only when your order arrives at your door.
How do I place an order?
Browse our store
add items to your cart
and checkout. Enter your name
address and phone number — no account or credit card needed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. WhatsApp us immediately with your order number.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum order. You can order a single bra and it will be delivered with full discretion.

📦Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Karachi: 1–2 business days. Lahore
Islamabad: 2–3 business days. Other cities: 3–5 business days.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes
always. All FEMBRA orders ship in plain
unmarked packaging with no brand name visible on the outside.
Do you deliver across Pakistan?
Yes. We deliver to all major and minor cities across Pakistan via our courier partners.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also WhatsApp us for a status update.

🔄Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn
unwashed items with tags attached within 7 days of delivery. Hygiene items (briefs) are non-returnable.
How do I request an exchange?
WhatsApp us with your order number and the size you need. We'll arrange a free pickup and send the replacement within 3–5 business days.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp. We'll send a replacement at no cost and arrange return of the incorrect item.
Are returns free?
Yes. For size exchanges and defective items
we cover the return courier cost.

What materials does FEMBRA use?
FEMBRA uses soft microfiber
breathable cotton blends
and premium lace — all selected for all-day comfort and durability.
How do I care for my FEMBRA lingerie?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying to preserve elasticity and shape.
Are your products available in stores?
FEMBRA is currently exclusively online. We're working on retail partnerships — follow us on Instagram for updates.
